How long does it take to get my order?
Please allow 7-10 days for your creation to be made. We ship USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 day service.
What metal are your products made from?
We use only lead-free metals!
Do you ship internationally?
The only international destination we currently ship to is Canada. We use USPS Priority Mail 6 to 10 day International Flat Rate service.
Can I place a rushed order?

Are your chains sturdy?
Our 24″ ball chain is more delicate than the 20″ round cable chain. If you have young kids or you are very active, we recommend the 20″ round cable chain.
My order isn’t what I expected, what should I do?
Custom map orders are non-refundable, but we want you to be happy…so please email us and we will try and make it right.
